Im torn. I like this film cuz its scary. But I dont like people who dont fight for their lives. They were being tormented by three little kids basically. And two of them were anorexic GIRLS. This is not a true story, like the writers claim. Whats wrong with locking your car? Whats wrong with running down the street screaming if you have no car? Why separate? Why not come up with a better plan? Ugh. Its probably good Liv didnt marry Scott. He was a man-gina. Protect your girl.

Awesome flick that is good but not great. It is paced exceptionally well, hits all the marks for a good horror flick (nice amount of blood, jump scares, tension building, and creepy masked killers!) yet the protagonists fall victim to head scratchingly bad decisons that make you groan and wonder why the writers didn't have just a bit more creatvity with their decision making. Have seen it about 4 times and will continue watching in the future. Personally thought the sequel was more fun!

The movie contains some great improv ... They didn't tell the actors what exactly would happen or when... Very much like visiting one of the haunted houses that pop up in Oct. Great adrenaline rush in the comfort of your own home... Until the neighbors stop by.
