After a harrowing shipwreck, the members of a royal court are washed ashore on various parts of a mysterious island. Their fateful arrival on this particular island is no coincidence. The exiled Prospera has used her magical powers to guide the ship here to settle a score with the very men who banished her from her homeland. Abetted by her sometimes unwilling aides, Ariel and Caliban, Prospera puts her former tormentors through some dangerous and often hilarious adventures. However, when the king's son, Ferdinand, meets her daughter, Miranda, it is love at first sight - a kind of magic that even Prospera is powerless to control.

By far the worst movie I have ever seen. I am in a Honors 4 English class that reads some of the most boring things you could think of. However, this movie is worse than anything you could read. We should torture the prisoners in Guantanamo bay with this movie. Do not waste your money on this movie! The plot is worthless, and the animation is dollar story barrel worthy.

It was a mockery of Shakespeare. They should have payed me to watch it if it were a free movie I would have turned it in the first 5 min don't let the amazing cast members fool you.!!!!!!

This is by far one of the most boring movies I have seen. I stop watching in the first 10 minutes. Waste of $1.99. Don't do it. Please.
