Starring Eddie Redmayne ("Les Misérables") and Felicity Jones ("The Amazing Spider-Man 2"), this is the extraordinary story of one of the world's greatest living minds, the renowned astrophysicist Stephen Hawking, who falls deeply in love with fellow Cambridge student Jane Wilde. Once a healthy, active young man, Hawking received an earth-shattering diagnosis at 21 years of age. With Jane fighting tirelessly by his side, Stephen embarks on his most ambitious scientific work, studying the very thing he now has precious little of - time. Together, they defy impossible odds, breaking new ground in medicine and science, and achieving more than they could ever have dreamed. I'm sure this is a really good movie & will watch it later. Felicity Jones looks a lot better as a blonde than a brunette. Decades ago, she was fantastic in the soapie General Hospital, so I'm sure she is terrific in this movie. I will update my review later. R.I.P Steven.

The struggle is assuredly real; Eddie Redmayne IS Stephen Hawking. If only the movie was more conclusive, a bit more wrapped up and hopeful by its ending rather than conflicted and aimless.

A bit too polished and Hollywood-edited life story. More drama and insight into the mind of Mr Hawking would have been nice.
