Mellow college kid Will (A.J. Draven) leads a normal life until a date with a vixenish woman leaves him with a bite on the neck and a taste for blood. From there, he's drawn into a secret war between vampires, headed by the mighty Julien (Tony Todd) and a band of magical monks known as the Sentries. Julien, sensing that Will is becoming quite powerful, tries to convince him to take on a leadership role within the coven. As the battle intensifies, Will must decide how to use his abilities.
