The original is a yeehaw made for tv looking pseudo documentary that doesn't hold a candle to 70s low budgets like Chainsaw, so it's not difficult to be better. Problem being you pretty much have to watch the original to understand this one, they kind of go together. Not bad, but not great.

Trivialized the real unsolved serial killings documented in a film by the
same name. Uses those murders as the backstory for a poorly written and
poorly acted porno/slasher flick. Trash not worth watching much less paying
for it losing precious time from your life. Rather watch paint drying.

The town that dredded sundown is about how 65 years he comes back to kill again because he wants revenge for his mom and his dads death and how their names weren't in the credits so he haunts this one teenager.
