An engineer builds the world's first underwater city by using a team of crack frogmen to assemble the pre-fabricated parts and cells of the under water honeycomb. A powerful undersea current cuts away the ocean floor beneath the city but the engineer vows to build a new underwater city. Starring William Lundigan and Julie Adams.
