In a densely forested area north of St. Petersburg, people have been going missing for three decades. On October 14, 2017, a team of volunteers went out into the woods in search of a missing teenager. Soon, all communication with them was lost. Locals believe they were taken by the same dark spirit that took the others. They call it The Widow.

This is a case of a movie being utterly ruined by inept, cartoon-like dubbing. Wish a subtitled version were available...I have no doubt a subtitled version would be worth another couple stars.

Hot garbage. Every suspense-building moment ended so anticlimactically. Appears to be an english dub over Russian. If you want a movie that's so bad you can't look away, maybe this is for you.
