Set in the 1950s, this moving drama tells the story of a young boy and his divorced mother who travel cross country in hopes of a better life. When his mother marries, the boy must struggle to endure a hostile and complex relationship with his tyrannical new stepfather while coming to terms with his own hopes and dreams. AWESOME MOVIE HANDS DOWN!!! I'm not sure how it plays on here an I'm sorry but i have seen this movie and just wanted to let everyone know that you wouldn't be disappointed with it.

I read the book first and didn't think the movie would be as good. I was wrong. Leonardo Dicaprio is amazing. Loved it every time I watched it.

My heart was always so on edge for Mother and Son...Great Movie
