Famed scholar, author, inventor and prophet H.G. Wells chases Jack the Ripper, one of the most feared serial murderers of all time, from 19th-century London to modern-day San Francisco in this science fiction thriller.When Jack the Ripper (David Warner) flees across time in one ofH.G. Wells' (Malcolm McDowell) inventions, Wells follows him to the 20th Century.
