People have review bombed this film because they don't agree with the politics of Omar, which I think is strange. The film itself was an interesting enough watch. I felt like the film did nothing new or unexpected, so it just felt like a lot of modern indie documentaries. If you want to learn more about Ilhan Omar, I would recommend This is What America Looks Like, her book. It goes much more depth about her life and the challenges and triumphs she's had. I probably wouldn't recommend this to anyone other than people looking for a political documentary or people looking to know more about Ilhan Omar. It was good at what it did, but it didn't really strive to be anything greater than a small, indie documentary.

The actual rating is a 1.5 (count the numbers) yet Google gives it a higher score as they are owned by the left. This a horrible, evil person. nothing but anti american propaganda.

AMAZING MOVIE. do NOT let Ilhan haters sway you otherwise... incredible story that shows just how important the American democracy is to Ilhan, and how hopeful our political situation is now that she is in office. GO SEE THIS MOVIE!!!!!
