I remember seeing this as a teenager at the dollar theater. I enjoyed it then and it's held up 25 years later. Wow, I'm old! Lol

Van Damme's best movie, Period, The "Muscles from Brussels" peaked career wise in the mid 90's, "Time Cop" has great special effects for being made back in the 1990's, Classic Sci-fi/time travel film.

Great film then and now you can tell how old lam by this too.
