Underrated sci-fi animation. Good story, exciting chases, likeable characters, great spaceship and creature designs. It has the vibe of a great game. All from Don Bluth, who directed The Land Before Time.

Absolutely love this movie, it hits one of those cords you just don't forget. The graphical style is awesome, the story is inspiring. Was really one my favourite childhood movies. I heartly recommend it.
