Movie is good, except for mismatched lead characters - Winslet looked way too old to be playing a sixteen-year-old female character; plus, girls at that age don't have that obvious womanly feature! Cameron does not see this mismatched pairing, unfortunately. Otherwise, they might have had a better Oscar shot for best leads.

All you people commenting about how sad it is because Jack dies and it's a true story....... you do realize the only part of the movie which is factual is the titanic sinking right? There may have been a Jack and Rose on the real titanic but this storyline was make believe.....

Jack was a time traveler who went back in time to stop rose from killing herself so he pretended to love her so the Titanic would sink to change the events that happened in the future
