Possibly the greatest disaster movie ever made - the amount of work that went into this is staggering, and it shows: Everybody on both sides of the camera kills it. It's also heartbreaking but ultimately life-affirming. Utterly compelling viewing. Buy it. In the unlikely (but not impossible) event it ever gets screened on a real cinema screen again near you, go see it. In this case, size definitely matters.

Despite the love thing between Rose and Jack, this movie is pretty much a remake of the 1958 movie A Night to Remember starring Kenneth More. That movie was created from the Walter Lord book of the same name, and I would say that James Cameron used it for inspiration for his movie too. If you watch both movies, you will see the similarities between the two and being almost identical in other scenes. I would have liked to have seen more reference to the Leyland Line ship the Californian though.

Its ok but the most exiting part was when the ship sank but exept from that I found the rest a little boring . I know its based on a true event and I have feelings for the true ! Event but for this , nope not a tiny bit of emotion came out 😧
