Directed by Tobe Hooper (THE TEXAS CHAINSAW MASSACRE) and starring Angela Bettis and Brent Roam, A married couple, Nell and Steven, have moved to Hollywood with big dreams of starting a new business. They find an old apartment block and decide to bring it back to life and then rent the apartments out. However, as renovations begin on the building a series of mysterious deaths occur, and Nell starts to believe that there is a sinister force at work. She embarks on an investigation into the history of the house, and is horrified when she finally learns the truth...
