Benny the Ball, Fancy Fancy, Choo Choo, Spook, Brains and the indisputable leader of the gang, TC, are back at war with the long are of the law when the menacing Police Chief Strickland moves to town. With the help of a bullying robot police force, Strickland threatens to be the most dastardly enemy the gang has ever faced. A very poor try to recreat a lost art. Totally lost the magic of the original cartoon, just goes to show computers cannot even come close to replacing artist.

I liked this movie so much that I bought the DVD version as well so me and my Mum could both watch it. My fave character was Strickland, and the story was excellent and the jokes hilarious. A film I could watch again and again.

Suffering from being an extended TV show, with overstretched gags
