Lauren and Ned are engaged, they are in love, and they have just ten days to find Lauren's mother who has gone AWOL somewhere in the remote far north of Australia, reunite her parents and pull off their dream wedding.

The movie is an extended Tourism NT propaganda ad. An easy watch for a quiet night in. No death or gore, maybe one swear word. Positive depiction of Australian aboriginal people. Nice scenery, a third of a story, acceptable acting. Rent, don't buy, you probably won't be watching more than once.

Story could have been better. Beautiful film to look at but relied too much on the beautiful cinematography and didn’t have a strong story to keep you invested. Still worth watching once.

I hadn't heard of the movie before and thoroughly enjoyed it. The story is light hearted and portrays the Northern Territory beautifully. You gain an appreciation of the aboriginal culture too.
