Toronto Stories is a feature film comprised of the four stories that a nameless boy witnesses in the course of a single day on the city streets of Toronto and how, in the end, each of those stories comes to be connected. Opening on the chaos and confusion of Pearson International Airport's arrivals lounge, a young immigrant boy arrives in Toronto, alone. Before the authorities have a chance to figure out where he's from, he disappears and an amber alert is issued that reverberates throughout the city. Meanwhile, the boy, who doesn't speak a word of English, finds his way into the center of town. He bears accidental witness to the covert mission of two kids trying to find an infamous monster, a budding romance, an escaped con trying to reconnect with his girlfriend and a once-established man now living on the streets, all the while managing to remain undiscovered despite the widespread search for him.
