A pharmaceutical company recruits a well-known scientist to help develop a vaccine against a deadly virus. In the meanwhile, Dean and his friends travel to his hoarding and sick grandmother's remote house in the country. There, they plan on renovating the mold-infested property. The scientists are secretly using the isolated house as a lab for their experiment, and introduce a deadly toxin inside the house. Dean and his friends accidentally stumble into the center of the military's top secret base that contains a deadly virus, and find themselves fighting for their lives as Patient Zero.
