What more to say that hasn't already been said? Train to Busan is one of those films that transcends its genre. Yes, it's a zombie film, but at the same time, it's so much more than what it says on the tin. Gorgeous cinematography and an excellent screenplay combine with a stellar cast to result in one of the best films to come out of South Korea. It's always a pleasure to see Gong Yoo and Ma Dong-seok, and there are inspired performances by Jung Yu-mi and the young Kim Su-an, too. The latter, in particular, shows maturity beyond her years to really embody the daughter of Gong Yoo's workaholic, fund manager character. So, prepare yourself for a rollercoaster ride of emotions. Your next move is to watch Train to Busan.

Great movie! This is the third time watching this movie, first zombie movie, but one of the best ones I have ever seen. The actors, the cinematography, the child actor, the story line, the action, suspense is just fantastic. Such a well crafted movie, with great editing and attention to detail. Only shame is the soundtrack, normally Korean productions have fantastic music, this was not bad but was not great; having said that the movie never relied on its music anyhow - from start to finish really gripping. Unexpected ending!!
