The CIA and Foreign Adversaries were against the Autobots for profit but they could not control the virus the decepticons add waiting for them and humns were dooms if not for the AutoBots and Optimus Prime

Far more coherent and enjoyable than its predecessor. Loved watching dinobots falling out of the sky.
