Mystery Inc. has cracked the case to top all cases! They’ve tracked down Coco Diablo, the head of the notorious costume crime syndicate that colludes The Black Knight, Space Kook and the Ghost Diver. With Coco and her kitty in prison, Mystery Inc. thinks that they can finally enjoy a break. Wrong! A unique mixture of callbacks, great musical bops, and a twist on the typical mystery format. I appreciate the creativity that this film has, as well as the love and care with using old animation styles, callbacks to the original Scooby Doo Where Are You, and of course the character dynamics as well. The new villains are well done, and I'm happy to rate this Scooby Doo movie 8/10. A definite watch for any fan of Scooby Doo!
