You have to try and ignore the awful dubbing but the concept, the story and the direction is genius. This, isn't an American film, so if you're expecting the polished turds of Hollywood you'll be disappointed. I can't tell you how good this is. I've just ordered the blueray off Amazon. Trolls are going to be the next big thing now zombies, vampires and comic books are played out.

While it was enjoyable when I watched it on bluray with English language (dubbed), I think it may be better with the original Norwegian language and English subs. The American voice acting was atrocious and really took away from the movie. Fortunately, for the people that can not watch a movie AND read subs at the same time for whatever reason, a remake is being done and should be out by 2014. Will probably be based in Virginia with lots of United States military firepower. Bo yeah!

This film was great, it is a cloverfield meets REC or Blair witch style film. The plot kept me intrigued and the CGI was spot on. The film makers kept with the original theme of trolls thank God none of the Hollywood crap either. The sub version is far better but I will suggest snacks drink or toilet breaks must be sorted before settling down as you may miss what they say. 5 stars from me well worth watching again.
