The government says there's nothing to worry about -- it's just a problem with bears making trouble in the mountains and forests of Norway. But local hunters don't believe it -- and neither do a trio of college students who want to find out the truth. Armed with a video camera, they trail a mysterious "poacher," who wants nothing to do with them. But their persistence lands them straight in the path of the objects of his pursuits: trolls. I had heard only good things about this movie from others (usually an indicator of unwarranted over-hype), and I have to say I really enjoyed it. It's very much a satisfying movie, in spite of the tired "found footage" format. I'd recommend this to anyone.

Unlike similar movies like blair witch and cloverfield, the trolls are more animals than monsters. I felt sympathy, not fear.

Like others, I heard about this film through random word of mouth. It's honestly one of the most engaging found-footage films I've seen in years, and definitely a unique concept.
