The DC is far better than the original release. And though historically incorrect in places is still an epic masterpiece. I think Homer would be proud to watch this, if he wasn't blind that is.

Sage Odysseus would counsel you not to watch this, but rather read the book (Alexander Pope's translation).

Why is the music off on the director's cut compared to the original? The music score on the dvd version is amazing, but the director cut is way off and ruins the movie???
