Set in a post-apocalyptic year of 1997, this retro-futuristic and nostalgic tribute to '80s action-adventure films follows an orphaned teenager who goes on an adventure to save his female-robot companion from the hands of an evil warlord who controls the only water supply. Bolstered by a pitch-perfect synth score, and clever and cheeky period details, co-directors François Simard, Anouk Whissell, and Yoann-Karl Whissell create a raucous retro-futuristic action comedy that pays homage to '80s movies great and small, while adding their own flair with inventive and exuberant violence and gore. Sci-fi legend Michael Ironside delivers with malevolence and glee as the larger-than-life Zeus, a despicable villain with joie-de-vivre. 2015 EMA Films, T&A Films

You either love it or hate it! And I liked it as you can tell from the rating I gave it. A Funny,Gory,Heartfelt, Apocalyptic Story With a cyborg called Apple!! What a advertisement for them eah!

A real masterpiece, I loved it! The love child of BMX Bandits and Mad Max. There goes my Oscar nomination! Low cost Mad Max style, 80's synth pop, violence, dark humour... it doesn't get any better!

Bit naff really.
