It's an entertaining enough movie, so it gets some stars for that, it seemed to have all it needs to be just that. However, it portrays an American crew. I think that most people should know that it was a British ship, and a British crew that boarded a German U-Boat and found themselves a pot of gold in the form of the naval decoding machine. Other than the fact that there is a massive historical discrepancy, it's a good movie. If you like a good war movie, I guess this movie might be good for you.

Saw this in theaters when it came out on a date. I lasted maybe 5-10 of the story before I fell asleep, right to the credits. I'll never forget or forgive this movie for this.

For being a 2000 movie it's pretty good. Story, suspense, action it has. Rich Callacott you're a douch. Your review states that your date liked Matthew McConaughey more than you.
