Feels like a first year maths student wrote a movie based on his first semester knowledge that allowed him to land a cool job chasing aliens. Well directed, but the story line is a bit weak.

Not quite on par with arrival , a bit like baby brother. Would like to see a sequel going more into depth with mathematics and contact.

It's alright. A slow paced, nerdy drama which kept me interested. The acting was fine. Just don't expect to see ground breaking CGI.
