I read people say the cgi was amazing, it was not. Some people said the plot was great, not really. Other people said the acting was amazing, it wasn't. This movie was like watching a bad first person shooter. The beginning was one long and over the top fight scene that refused to end the entire movie. The plot was explained in the first 5 minutes and the main tag line "I come from a world you may not understand" sums up my feelings about the movie as a whole.

Overall, meh. Some of the action is ok, but there's a lot of bad green screen/CGI. Another case of comics that do not translate well to movies.

I love the graphic novel not only for the storyline but ultraviolet's character is a noble and incredibly compelled proponent graced with cautionary and destruct justice apon her mission as a vampire slayer though no one knows but her loyal partner and dear friend whom is a medical chemist that has created an antidote which allows her not to succumb her appearance in sunlight as well as her urge of sensational hunger to feed on any mortal beings and living creatures of all kinds. The production and performance of milla was brilliantly shot and remarkably similar to the graphic novel which was later illustrated in Japanese animation.
