After a jaded magazine writer (Emmy winner Matthew Rhys) is assigned a profile of Fred Rogers, he overcomes his skepticism, learning about empathy, kindness, and decency from America’s most beloved neighbor.

Beautiful movie, allows you to see past the cynicism of the world for a while. Lovely performance from Tom Hanks. This movie is a great escape for the troubling times we live in currently. A must see.

Great film. Has some toned down Wes Anderson like qualities in some of the segues. Excellent acting all round. Was not expecting such an emotional impact.
