Street-smart thief Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) is recruited by seasoned treasure hunter Victor “Sully” Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg) to recover a fortune lost by Ferdinand Magellan 500 years ago. What starts as a heist job for the duo becomes a globe-trotting, white-knuckle race to reach the prize before the ruthless Moncada (Antonio Banderas), who believes he and his family are the rightful heirs. If Nate and Sully can decipher the clues and solve one of the world's oldest mysteries, they stand to find $5 billion in treasure and perhaps even Nate's long-lost brother...but only if they can learn to work together.

This movie was lazy & bad. It misuses the mixture of genres as it combines heist and treasure hunt overplaying the double cross trope making all the character unlikable. Undersexualized women only showing off the T Holland making it annoying g*y. Cinematography is poor as it blurs out entire backgrounds to have things of importance stand out but it is throughout the entire movie, resulting in a movie where only one object or person is in focus per scene. Horrendous special effects and action.

The movie is great. It is funny and contains all of the action and puzzles you'd expect it to have in relation to the video games. It does follow Nathan Drake's personal story very well; however, Tom Holland doesn't exactly personify him as well as I'd like since he is still too young, in my opinion, to perfectly fit the role. Nonetheless, he is a great actor and I enjoyed watching him bring to life one of the characters whose story I grew up following with every Uncharted game Naughty Dog offered us fans.

This movie is fun to watch, few action and a little weak plot but fun to watch. Strong not seen before action and stunts. Typical raiding and the hunt for big gold stash. Tom Holland is growing up to be on my list of favorite characters of all time on which I already have Mark Whalberg; their performances and team work were exceptional. Some characters like Antonio Bandaras weren't even supposed to be in the movie cuz of a none important role. I hope they continue to build a franchise from this
