Sam (Andrew Garfield) is a disenchanted 33-year-old who discovers a mysterious woman, Sarah (Riley Keough), swimming in his apartment complex's pool. From writer-director David Robert Mitchell (It Follows) comes a sprawling and unexpected detective thriller about the Dream Factory and its denizens — dog killers, aspiring actors, memorabilia hoarders, nightlife personalities, wealthy socialites, and the shadowy billionaires floating above (and underneath) it all.

I will be the first to admit this film is not going to be for the average film connoisseur. This particular motion picture is more for film Geeks David Lynch type crowd. The director directed "It Follows" which was in my opinion an under-appreciated low budget horror film. He stays in the same vein of weirdness with this neo-noir underbelly LA mystery. Great original film it does slow down a little bit in the Final Act but it is well worth a ride.

it was a good watch. i enjoyed it thoroughly. every little scene is fun inventive and has complexity and takes you where u didnt think u were going.. great ideas and theories. cool cool movie.

This wasnt that good of a movie but it was one of those you just cant turn off because you got to know how it ends. Sam, played by Andrew Garfield, was a dorky likeable character & does great for his role.
