About this movie

Academy Award winner Russell Crowe stars in Unhinged, a timely psychological thriller that explores the fragile balance of a society pushed to the edge, taking something we've all experienced - road rage - to an unpredictable and terrifying conclusion. Rachel (Caren Pistorius) is running late to work when she has an altercation at a traffic light with a stranger (Crowe) whose life has left him feeling powerless and invisible. Soon, Rachel finds herself and everyone she loves the target of a man who decides to make one last mark upon the world by teaching her a series of deadly lessons. What follows is a dangerous game of cat and mouse that proves you never know just how close you are to someone who is about to become unhinged.

Wow excellent movie. Russell Crowe is almost unrecognisable in this movie, especially wearing that huge fat suit, I didn't think he's the type to let himself go to that extent! He's playing a really nasty character, does a hell of a good job - it's a cautionary tale for our times, tense, violent and plenty of action. If only she'd apologised... just be careful who you p off on the roads, or anywhere else for that matter, it's really not worth it.... Karen

Was really hoping for better from this Movie, much as I like Russell Crowe he wasnt quite believable in this role , badly miscast a so so script and not so believable storyline... if you havent seen 'Falling Down' with Michael Douglas watch it ! similar (ish) storyline but much better acting and storyline still stands the test of time imo ... 6/10

Russell Crowe will always be remembered for his epic role in probably one of the finest films ever made Gladiator. In this film we see a different side to his acting and character role, personally I thought he was superb in this film. The title of the film sums it up from the word go and the tension doesn’t let up. Overall a great film, that keeps you on the edge of your seat. There are a few naughty scenes thrown into the mixer, which all adds up to a watchable film with one of the best actors around at the moment. This film does make you think twice about sounding your horn or it might be easier just to say sorry. However if you are in the right let somebody know!!
