With stolen top-secret technology, terrorists have created a next-generation Universal Soldier - an elite fighter genetically altered into a programmable killing machine. Was not expecting much when I started it, turned out to be very entertaining and full of great action scenes. Was surprised by the quality writing and plot. Would recommend for action movie buffs.

Sequels arent usually great but this iteration, imo was the best movie yet.
