關於這部電影

From the Lilly and Lana Wachowski and Joel Silver, the masterminds behind The Matrix trilogy, comes another intriguing, action-packed fantasy-thriller. Great Britain has become a fascist state. Now, a shadowy freedom fighter known only as "V" (Hugo Weaving) begins a violent guerrilla campaign to destroy those who have embraced totalitarianism. In his quest to liberate England from its oppressive ideological chains, "V" recruits a young woman (Natalie Portman) he's rescued from the secret police to join him on an epic adventure to execute a seemingly impossible task. From Lily and Lana Wachowski and Joel Silver, the masterminds behind The Matrix trilogy, comes another intriguing, action-packed fantasy-thriller. I hate that his mask is used as a symbol of anonymous or conspiracy. He is not "hiding" his face in the movie. His real face is simply irrelevant because he is an "idea". He is "me and you and everyone else." An idea can not act on itself. Notice how Eve first hand experienced injustice. Then she stood behind the "idea" from the very start of the movie up until the very final moment when she pulled the lever. Very unique movie.

One for the Coronavirus conspiracy theorists to absorb. Get those masks out boys! As a film it's just OK. Nothing special. Forgettable, even.
