Taj arrives at England's prestigious Camford University. Armed with the advice of his immortal party mentor, Van Wilder, Taj is destined to become the King of Cool at Camford. Things quickly turn sour however when Taj learns that he has been rejected by the exclusive campus fraternity, the Fox and Hounds, during a cruel prank executed by its priggish head, Pip. Undaunted, Taj sweeps into The Barn, the oldest dorm on campus, and quickly transforms it and its lackluster members into the new and proud co-ed fraternity the "Cock and Bulls". With a new lease of life the Cock and Bulls decide to compete in the University's annual Hastings Cup tournament. It's a wild affair where each house earns points for academic, athletic and social service achievement. Taj becomes a man with a mission!
