An unexplained blackout plunges the city of Detroit into total darkness, and by the time the sun rises, only a few people remain, surrounded by heaps of empty clothing, abandoned cars and lengthening shadows. A small handful of strangers that have survived the night (Hayden Christensen, Thandie Newton, John Leguizamo and Jacob Latimore) each find their way to a rundown bar. With daylight beginning to disappear completely and whispering shadows surrounding the survivors, they soon discover that the enemy is the darkness itself.

Hell no this movie is not bloody real i am for sure 99% or 100% correct answer so i don't think so is not real it just only fake movie and but the only is real like not like hollywood novie and just only Crazy U.S government Faciliy like SCP Foundation SCP-017 Shadow Person it hate Bright Light like the Sun light or UV Light or Bright light heat so SCP-029 Daughter of Darkness they are scary SCP Monster Shadow and they like feed on Human person on Shadow that only my history ok 3/10/21👎😡💩🙏

It made my heart race a few times.. But wasn't terrifying.. Still pretty good.. It gives you a small amount of back story which is always good.. But I would have loved to know what the whole Croatian thing was about.. Why the dark shadows were doing this and the end could have been way better.. Explaining what happens after everything.. Does it ever end .. Does the darkness end.. Do they find help.. And do they find answers .. I don't like when movies leave so many unanswered questions.. Worth the watch tho

There were too many points that made up this story that were never fully explained or even addressed. At some point I realized that it was just decent actors running around in the dark from nothing. So why not just go and live your life and stay away from this film because you will be smart one? Everything intriguing about this film will go unexplained. Your best bet is to meditate on the concept of what it means to exist in this world, at all, really.
