The story set in a small town in southern Tamil Nadu, is on true friendship between Vijay Sethupathi and Kreshna. Their friendship transcends several emotions like love, camaraderie, sacrifice and half way point they fall out. Later due to ego issues and misunderstanding it becomes hatred. Whether they get back together or not is the rest of the movie.
