A security van carrying twenty million dollars belonging to a notorious Mexican drug cartel has just been hijacked resulting in a cold-blooded, explosive shootout. Determined to find the culprits, Elijah Kane (Steven Seagal) and his team of undercover specialists take on the investigation, leading to a dangerous gang boss, a mysterious organization called Quicksilver, and someone both the C.I.A and Kane had presumed dead a long time ago.
