Almost the worst premise for a film I have unfortunately had the experience to come across. Dreary describes the silliness shoveled out to us for consumption. Unfortunate overreach is for us to identify with the idea that psychopaths can get to sleep at night because that have murdered for no good reason. As plausible as.......a well meaning psychopath really.

And myth busters busted that way they get a bullet to move. Terrible acting.

The action has flair... it's just that the rest doesn't.
