Film director, Martin Rosen, frames the tale largely from the viewpoint of the rabbits, so that we identify with each one. I've loved this film since I was a child but the age rating you put on this is not good. I wouldn't want my 5 yr old to watch this as it's more of an adult storyline. Beautiful. Moving and emotive in many ways. The subject is as relevant today as it was when Richard Adams wrote the book all those years ago. Construction on greenbelt land leading to destruction of wildlife habitats. An amazing animated experience and just as awesome as the book. Love every second of it!!!

I watched it as a child, but yes not as young as 5 a bit older is better. It has good messages about good versus evil. Plus I also remember watching Dr Who and being scared. Love when Brighteyes plays. Classic.

Best film Eva since childhood and for all time but it is not fir young kids it will scare them it's violent should be a 12 mb not a u.... Still all time great movie 🎥 xx my first movie I bought as it's my birthday 🎂 xx
