I loved the movie. A pure work of joy. The film depicts childhood with a mix of childhood fears and drama. Its a great piece of work, I understand the poor scores though - the film is in a way more of a indie style work. But I think it portrays the concept of Peter Pan well - and, once again, childhood. On top of that the score can't be beat. Others may not like it as much, but its in my go to movies now.

This is a fresh take on the Peter pan tale that will leave you reeling for weeks. A movement on the themes of the production teams previous work Beasts of the Southern Wild this slow build storey is beautifully shot. Every frame exacts emotional response.

It was horrific. It depicted Peter as a pycho kid who chops of peoples arms. DO NOT EVER EVER LET YOUR KIDS WATCH THIS!! Unless you want your kids to have nightmares about Peter Pan. It was gruesome and and disturbing in parts. This director literally ruined my view of the story of Peter Pan.
