Doug and Abi and their three children travel to the Scottish Highlands for Doug's father Gordie's birthday party. It's soon clear that when it comes to keeping a secret under wraps from the rest of the family, their children are their biggest liability.

I was surprised and disappointed to read some of the reviews. I found this film charming and very funny in an understated way, like much British humour. What did other viewers expect ? If one saw the trailer one knew exactly what they were about to view.. a lovely romp in the Scottish highlands with a quirky yet completeley believable family going through some stuff. Clever writing and great acting, especially by the children. Well done!

I seen this at the theatre because of Billy really enjoyed it
