'What’s With Wheat?’ is a hard hitting investigation into the growing epidemic of wheat & gluten intolerance, and why after eating wheat for thousands of years, it has been linked to so many health problems. As a celiacs, I'm glad that someone has finally taken the time to put together a well researched and well documented film emphasizing the impact of wheat on not just our physical health but our mental health too. This is an excellent documentary, and I urge everyone to watch this.
