Acerca de esta película

Innovative director Spike Jonze collaborates with celebrated author Maurice Sendak to bring one of the most beloved books of all time to the big screen in "Where the Wild Things Are," a classic story about childhood and the places we go to figure out the world we live in. The film tells the story of Max, a rambunctious and sensitive boy who feels misunderstood at home and escapes to where the Wild Things are. Max lands on an island where he meets mysterious and strange creatures whose emotions are as wild and unpredictable as their actions. The Wild Things desperately long for a leader to guide them, just as Max longs for a kingdom to rule. When Max is crowned king, he promises to create a place where everyone will be happy. Max soon finds, though, that ruling his kingdom is not so easy and his relationships there prove to be more complicated than he originally thought. MPAA Rating: PG © 2009 KLG Film Invest GmbH. This film is so agonisingly painful to watch, it is most likely that it reduces your life expectancy drastically just because you want to die after viewing such a horrific failure of an attempt to entertain people. This film should be shown in schools to teach kids about the effects of hard drugs because the directors were definitely not sane when they produced this. I would strongly recommend avoiding this film (not that it deserves to be classed as a film) unless you enjoy horrifically torturing yourself.

if you have an imagination this film is great. it was just nice to watch. loved the characters and their feelings such as jealousy, playfull, inquisitive. it was quite deep in places and gets your own mind thinking.

Why are they saying these things (look above), it's a great movie with an unusual sense and story. You can feel the emotion of when somebody (not telling you ) leaves. Recommended
