White Christmas, 1954. Fun musical with Bing Crosby and Danny Kaye. They join up with a sister act to save a failing Vermont hotel run by their former military general. Very much over the top and at times unrealistic. Still the singing, chemistry, and choreography are enchanting and entertaining.

I love the clean humor in this movie & the general respect portrayed in movies of this era. Watching this with a friend or loved one makes for a nice, relaxing holiday evening.

Every year my best friend and I make a point to find a time in the busy-ness of the season to watch this together and it's one of my favourite parts of the holidays. A true classic!
