Capitol Policeman John Cale (Channing Tatum) has just been denied his dream job with the Secret Service of protecting President James Sawyer (Jamie Foxx). Not wanting to let down his little girl with the news, he takes her on a tour of the White House, when the complex is overtaken by a heavily armed paramilitary group. Now, with the nation's government falling into chaos and time running out, it's up to Cale to save the president, his daughter, and the country.

in another piece of DList movie!!!! started out promising in Collateral, Ray Dreamgirls and Law Abiding Citizen bt his resume lately is bad joke .. dont pay to see this its so bad on Battlefield Earth territory... yep so ya know what u are in store for nw!!! SO STAY FAR AWAY! and u will feel cheated and the costar who is the worst actor of our time should nt be in any film. see Olympus. Has Fallen instead

Same old story with an over the top American flag sucking theme. The story line and characters in this made me physically ill at times. I hope Jamie Foxx got a lot of money for this one because he was the only good thing about it. Could not have been more predictable. The special effects that should have made up for all that were just not there. If you have nothing else better to watch or you like mindless action movies go ahead.

This movie basically is a big rip off of Olympus Has Fallen. The plot is weak and not plausible at all. And the attempt at political commentary; can we say Muslim bashing? The acting over the top and dialogue is very weak with the exception of the main plot of nuke the middle east and those who do not agree with us off the face of the earth the director and script writers are very clear on that point. Channing Tatum I s better off working as a maIe stripper than an action hero.
