If ever there was an allegory for testing your kit before you go this is it. Reese Witherspoon blunders from moronic situation to bad decision for the entire length of this film. She is literally bewildered by everything she encounters and needs help from everyone she meets or she would have ended up dead. Seriously. But at least she learned something about strength and resilience blah blah blah.

A long walk fixed her problems. How much is true I don't know or care. I say fair enough. I was more interested in seeing the landscape which is not given enough screen time...a shame.

My girlfriend and I loved it. The settings, characters and cinematography were all great! (Couldn't help comparing it with Into The Wild though, which personally I enjoyed more..)
