Bill Nighy is Victor Maynard, a middle-aged, solitary assassin, who lives to please his formidable Mother (Eileen Atkins), despite his own peerless reputation for lethal efficiency. His professional routine is interrupted when he finds himself drawn to one of his intended victims, Rose (Emily Blunt). He spares her life, unexpectedly acquiring a young apprentice (Rupert Grint) in the process. Believing Victor to be a private detective, his two new companions tag along, while he attempts to thwart the murderous attentions of his unhappy client (Rupert Everett). 2010 Magic Light Pictures . This is a really funny movie. I didn't know anything about it and didn't see the original French film, but picked it as a random movie. The actors are fantastic and Nighy plays this straight faced over stylised assassin really well.

Black Comedy, excellent cast. Ron Weasley is a dope smoking slacker. Very funny. Truth be told this is one I have to own. Oh yeah, Rupert Everett looks amazing and as always damned good!

Seriously boring!!! I get the whole idea of the smart/different "humor", but nah, fail.
