Mal (Reece Dinsdale) is a virtuous young man dedicated to his duties as a Royal Air Force recruit. When Mal alights on a pretty barmaid named Angie (Nicola Cowper), he is instantly smitten and begins courting her. Angie, accustomed to the roughnecks that haunt her bar, is drawn to Mal's gentle ways, and they quickly become close. But the couple faces their toughest test yet when Angie reveals to Mal that she is pregnant -- and doesn't know the identity of the baby's father.
